Azriel Estabrooks dies after choking on a marshmallow at a bithday party
A girl who choked on a marshmallow at a birthday party has died.
Police and a school official say that 11-year-old Azriel Estabrooks died at Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island on Friday morning.
The Somerset, Massachusetts girl had been there since she was found unconscious at a friend's birthday party on Saturday.

It's believed that Azriel choked on the marshmallow and then fell to the floor where no one noticed she was in need for help for some time
Her mother, Iris Estabrooks, has said that about an hour after she dropped her daughter off, she got a call from the hosts saying Azriel had passed out.
'(She said) that I need to hurry up because something happened to my daughter. She doesn't know what happened,' she told Turn to 10.
She says no one realized she was choking and that she was found passed out on the floor. When rescuers arrived, they found a marshmallow lodged in the girl's throat.

'Someone didn't realize she was choking on a damn marshmallow,' Iris said. 'She was already on the floor passed out when anybody found her. My daughter is fighting for her life in this hospital and they have not even cared to call.'
The hosts have not commented on the incident and police have not identified the.
A GoFundMe has been set up to pay for the girl's medical and burial costs. As of Friday the fund had raised over $7,000.
