Audi won two awards and celebrated by wrapping its best sports car in gold
Redeem now Audi decked out a new R8 V10 in an all gold wrap to celebrate winning a prestigious award for best sports car.
In November, the German automaker won two Golden Steering Wheel awards for its Audi A4 and Audi R8.
The award is chosen by the readers of Auto Bild, a German magazine, and Bild am Sonntag, a German newspaper, along with a panel of experts.
The all-gold Audi R8 V10 is currently being displaying at the Audi Forum, which is located at its factory in Neckarslum, Germany. The Forum is where the Volkswagen-owned brand keeps its one-off and exclusive vehicles.
Audi's new R8 was introduced earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show.
The car, which won the sports cars category of the contest, produces more than 600 horsepower and can go from zero to 62 miles per hour in just 3.2 seconds.
