JK Rowling responds to Neville Longbottom Attitude magazine pictures

He's at it again - a new picture has emerged of Neville Longbottom posing sexily for Attitude.
The photoshoot originally appeared back in May and we were unprepared for it then - as was JK Rowling who requested a warning next time round.
But today photographer Joseph Sinclair shared an outtake of the shoot, and we've had to relive the difficulty of seeing Longbottom (sorry Matthew Lewis) in his pants all over again.
It's not that he's in any way unfortunate looking, but it's discomforting to see sweet, geeky Neville shirtless, with his hands resting on his pants. As a wise man in Love Actually once said, "ENOUGH NOW."
JK Rowling, we're relying on you to put an end to this. Many thanks, all at GLAMOUR.
On 22 May 2015, we wrote...We totally understand JK Rowling; we felt underprepared for the pictures of Neville Longbottom posing shirtless in his pants too.
The images of actor Matthew Lewis, which appeared in<span class="apple-converted-space"> Attitude<span class="apple-converted-space"> magazine, took us by surprise - what on earth was geeky Neville doing half naked, legs akimbo and making "sexy"/bored facial expressions?
And the Harry Potter author agrees. Yes, you can write some of the most popular children's books in history, have them turned into a hugely successful film franchise, but nothing can prevent those once child stars from growing up and getting their kit off.
This was her amazing Twitter response:
And it left Lewis feeling pretty embarrassed:
Of course, Rowling responded brilliantly:
When a Twitter user suggested that Rowling referring to Longbottom as "Pertbottom", she said she was too alarmed to even fully look at the shots:
Poor Rowling, poor us. Emma Watson, don't even think about it.
