Tony Awards 2023 Red Carpet

The 76th Tony Awards kicked off Sunday night in the shadow of a writers strike. Before the opening number, stars strode down the red carpet outside the theater, but didn’t stop for interviews (another strike concession). Jessica Chasten dazzled in a yellow dress with a cape, Lupita Nyong’o wore a suit and a silver breastplate, and Ben Platt and Noah Galvin wore matching black tuxes.
